Philip Weinrobe is a producer, recording engineer and mix engineer in Brooklyn. He helped build Figure 8 Recording in Prospect Heights with Shahzad Ismaily and Eli Crews, engineering there until 2020, when he started his own studio, Sugar Mountain. His credits include Adrianne Lenker’s Songs, Instrumentals and Bright Future, nominated for Best Folk Album at the 2025 Grammys, and records by Cass McCombs, Tomberlin, Buck Meek and Alanis Morissette.
