Andrew Beck was the lead programmer of (gr)album, the iPad and iPhone app platform built to publish The Book of Sarth in October 2012 and, from April 2014, other artists’ gralbums. Stereophile, reporting from the launch, introduced him as “Lead Programmer Andrew Beck.” His later work is on his LinkedIn and GitHub.
Book of Sarth and (gr)album
He built the app that became Book of Sarth, released in October 2012, and the platform behind The Gralbum Collective, launched on April 9, 2014, where the two of us were interviewed together. He is the first of the four people I thanked when the Book was finished: Andrew Beck was amazing.
